Cancellation Policy

Reservations All appointments must be booked through our website. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits A non-refundable is required to confirm all appointments. The deposit will be charged at the time of booking and will be applied toward the total service balance. Deposits are transferable one time if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Payment The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment before services are to begin. Accepted payment methods include: • Credit card • Cash • Other approved payment methods (Venmo or Cashapp) Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time. The full service price will still apply, regardless of the reduced service time. Waitlist If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you may join our waitlist. If an appointment becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be notified by email or phone on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to high demand, waitlist openings may be offered to the next client if a response is not received promptly. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay in full when booking future appointments. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies listed above.
