Cancellation Policy

Reservations: Appointments must be booked online through our website. A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost is required to confirm all bookings. The deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the service. Payments can be made via credit card, cash, or other accepted payment methods. Cancellation Policy Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Late Arrivals: Clients who arrive late may have their service adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time. Full charges will apply, regardless of the reduced service time. Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist: When our schedule is fully booked, you can join our waitlist. Clients on the waitlist will be notified via email or phone if any appointment slots become available. Waitlist Prioritization: Waitlist clients will be contacted on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend responding promptly to secure an available slot, as it will be offered to the next client on the list if not confirmed within a specific time frame. Updates and Communication: Please ensure your contact information is accurate when you sign up for the waitlist to facilitate effective communication.
