Cancellation Policy
By booking with L.J. Hill Makeup Artistry, you agree to our Wedding Booking Policy: A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. Retainer Policy: A non-refundable retainer of 25% is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding/appointment. Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable. The full balance must be paid no later than 14 days before your wedding or appointment date. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior will result in forfeiture of the retainer only. Cancellations or no-shows within 14 days of the event are non-refundable, and the full balance will be retained. The client is responsible for any applicable travel mileage, valet/parking fees, and providing meals if the artist is on-site for more than six hours.
